This Privacy Policy explains how VY ARTISTRY & CO LTD ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using Dia Chat, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our 1v1 video chat services:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your login credentials (e.g., phone number, email, or third-party account ID) and profile details (such as username and age verification status).
• User-Generated Content: We temporarily process video, audio, and text transmitted during your chats to facilitate real-time connections. We do not permanently store the content of your private video calls on our servers.
• Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your device (model, OS version, IP address) and usage patterns (features accessed, crash logs) to maintain service stability and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Enable real-time video and audio transmission between matched users.
• Monitor for fraudulent activity, security breaches, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., responding to lawful requests from authorities).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors (such as cloud hosting providers and analytics services) to support our App. These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time directly within the App by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile information will be removed, and you will lose access to all Virtual Items and premium features. We will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations (such as financial record-keeping, fraud prevention, or compliance with our Child Safety Standards), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Residual data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period before being permanently deleted.

India (DPDP Act): You have the right to nominate a person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity. You also have the right to withdraw your consent previously provided. For any grievances regarding data processing, you may contact our designated Grievance Officer (details below).

6. International Data Transfers

Dia Chat operates globally. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence (including Singapore), which may have different data protection laws. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

7. Children’s Privacy

Dia Chat is strictly for users aged 18 and above (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
